Start your meal off right with our signature Texas Rose®… it’s big enough to share, but many of our guests want to keep it all to themselves. Or try our NEW Taste of Texas Sampler platter, complete with Lone Star®  Skins, Buffalo Chicken Tenders and Crispy Onion Strings. Next comes our latest signature creation – our NEW Signature Steak & Wedge Salad. The only thing better than our already famous Signature Lettuce Wedge, is that you can now enjoy it as a steakhouse meal. We’ve paired our Signature Lettuce Wedge with tender sliced steak medallions (or mesquite grilled chicken breast , if that is your preference).
But what made Lone Star Steakhouse one of America’s favorite restaurants comes straight from the grill. Lone Star Steakhouse steaks are seasoned with our own special blend and then mesquite-wood grilled to order.  And our new menu offers some great new creations from the grill. Our NEW Peppercorn Ribeye is encrusted with cracked peppercorns and grilled to perfection – then topped with our signature brandy cream sauce. It’s a truly awe-inspiring Texas creation. Or our NEW 6 oz. Bacon-Wrapped Sirloin offers great taste and great value at the same time.
